Welcome to IntellePrep. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the IntellePrep platform, including all content, features, services, and products available on or through https://launch.intelleprep.ai (the “Site”) and related applications (collectively, the “Services”). Please read these Terms carefully.

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Services. By using IntellePrep, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.

2. Changes to These Terms

We may update or revise these Terms at any time, at our sole discretion. We will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. By continuing to use the Services after any changes are posted, you agree to the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

3. Our Services

IntellePrep provides career-related services powered by artificial intelligence, including but not limited to:

  • Resume generation and formatting
  • Cover letter generation
  • Interview preparation guidance
  • Job application management tools

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the Services at any time without notice.

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The content generated by IntellePrep—including resumes, cover letters, interview questions, and recommendations—is powered by artificial intelligence and is provided “as is.”

  • No Guarantee of Accuracy: Generated content may contain errors, outdated information, or fictional data such as made-up employers, dates, or credentials. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all output before using it.
  • No Employment Guarantee: Use of our Services does not guarantee job placement, interview opportunities, or professional advancement.
  • Limitation of Responsibility: We are not responsible for any decisions, actions, or consequences resulting from your use of AI-generated content.

We do not use user-provided personal data (such as resume content or job history) to train our AI models. For full details on how we process and store your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

You are solely responsible for reviewing and editing all content generated by the Services. IntellePrep does not endorse or validate any of the information generated and disclaims liability for any harm arising from its use, including but not limited to professional misrepresentation or disciplinary actions.

5. User Responsibilities

By using the Services, you agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or confidential information you don’t have permission to share
  • Use the Services for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose
  • Copy, distribute, or resell the Services or output without permission
  • Interfere with our systems or bypass any security mechanisms

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all data you provide and for how you use the content produced.

Our Services may link to or integrate with third-party platforms. We are not responsible for the content, functionality, or security of third-party services and disclaim all liability arising from your interactions with them.

Each user account is intended for a single individual. You may not share your login credentials or allow others to use your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts exhibiting excessive, automated, or abusive activity.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including software, algorithms, branding, and documentation, is owned or licensed by IntellePrep. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Services without our written consent.

Generated content may be used for your personal or professional use, but IntellePrep retains all rights to the underlying technology and tools used to create it.

By uploading or submitting any content to IntellePrep, including resumes or profile data, you grant us a limited license to use such content solely to provide the Services. You represent that you have the legal right to share this content and that it does not violate the rights of any third party.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features may require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay all fees disclosed at checkout. Due to the digital nature of our Services, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds except where required by law.

We may change pricing or plan features at any time. You will be notified of material changes to your subscription before your next billing cycle.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time and for any reason, including violation of these Terms or suspected abuse. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IntellePrep and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

  • Any loss or damage resulting from use of or reliance on AI-generated content
  • Inaccuracies, errors, or omissions in resume or cover letter output
  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of data, business, income, or reputation

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid (if any) for the Services in the 12 months prior to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless IntellePrep and its officers, agents, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from:

  • Your use of the Services
  • Content you provide
  • Violation of these Terms or applicable laws

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action must be brought exclusively in the courts located in Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA.

13. Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and IntellePrep. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest of the Terms will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision will not be deemed a waiver.
